Art for a Cause: My Collaboration with Göteborgs Stadsmission
Today, I’m honored to share a project that is deeply personal to me and supports a cause I believe in. My artwork Tidlösa spår is now available in a limited edition through Göteborgs Stadsmission.
Art has always been more than a profession for me—it’s a way of processing life, expressing emotion, and connecting with others. Over the years, my focus has been on portraying the tram as a symbolic “shared living room” of Gothenburg. It’s a space where everyone belongs, no matter who they are or where they come from.
For me, trams evoke a profound sense of comfort and belonging. Growing up, I always associated them with safety—a constant presence in the city, ready to take me home.
I believe in the importance of creating and preserving spaces where people feel welcome, seen, and valued. This belief is why Göteborgs Stadsmission’s work resonates with me. They don’t just address urgent needs; they create spaces of dignity and belonging for some of the most vulnerable members of our community. A city is not just a collection of buildings and streets—it’s its people. And I believe it is our duty as human beings to take care of each other.
Supporting Göteborgs Stadsmission
“Tidlösa spår” is available as a limited edition of 500 signed prints, with proceeds going to support Göteborgs Stadsmission’s vital work.
By purchasing this artwork, you’re not only adding a piece of Gothenburg to your home but also making a meaningful difference for those in need.
The prints are available until December 20th. Thank you for being part of this journey with me and for supporting a cause that brings us closer as a community.
